Cindy did a great job of describing what could be wrong with my truck on the phone and then lined me up with a van to drive while my truck was being worked on. Service Tech I think was Dave and he got me in and out of there in just a couple days. Very pleased with the service and will be back.
They were able to get my trailblazer right in to get it worked on and it didn't take them long at all the get the repair done for the recall.
Everyone from Sales to Service were very friendly and treated me with respect even though I was buying a used not new car! There is no warranty but when I called about a headlight that was out and possible alignment problem they checked everything out and fixed it for nothing and made it right. Also, I thought I did not have a spare tire and Shane took me out to the car and showed me exactly where it was because it was kind of hidden. We have done business with Kemna Auto in the past on used car and truck. When we went looking for our 2011 Chev Cruze Eco Shane and Adam did everything they could do for best interest rate. They treated us like family. Then when we wnt looking for a Chev Colorado, we wanted a pre owned GM certified Shane looked hard and long until he found the right fit. Then Adam went to work to get the best interest rate and a payment that fit our budget. These two employees went out of thier way to make these two deals work. ...
I do prefer to have my oil changed by dealer so I am willing to pay extra, but I think they should do a little extra like wash car and/or clean windshield. In the winter they should use the washer fluid that does not freeze!
This a a great dealership to get work done at. I can go in and explain a problem to them, and they schedule you according to a time that wioll work for you. In calling Kemna in Fort Dodge and asking for service, I spoke with Cyndy Hood who listened attentively to the problem with my vehicle. It was already the middle of the afternoon and I was able to bring it in yet that day and was given a loaner vehicle to drive.
