Trim Levels of the 2025 Chevrolet Trax

LS

Every Trax is equipped with a 1.2L turbo-three engine that makes 137 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque. It pairs with a 6-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. This powertrain is rated at 28 mpg in the city and 32 mpg on the highway. The entry-level LS model comes with 17-inch steel wheels, LED headlights, and Chevy Safety Assist.

The highlight of the cabin is an 8-inch color touchscreen display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There’s an in-vehicle Wi-Fi hotspot, a four-speaker stereo system, and a 3.5-inch gauge cluster. The LS cabin is quiet and relaxing, thanks to the active noise cancellation technology. You get cushy cloth seats, front bucket seats, and 60/40 split-folding rear seats.

1RS

The 1RS is the sporty version of the Trax. It has RS-exclusive exterior trim, which features a black grille, black front and rear bowtie emblems, and an “RS’ badge in the front and rear. This model also gets 18-inch aluminum wheels and a rear spoiler.

Heated front seats keep you warm and cozy when it’s cold outside. There’s a heated, flat-bottom steering wheel as well. Remote start lets you lock and unlock the vehicle and start the engine remotely. You can also pre-warm or cool the cabin, so it’s comfortable when you step inside.

LT

The LT grade comes with 17-inch aluminum wheels, signature LED headlights, and roof-mounted side rails. It gets a major tech upgrade, with an 11-inch color touchscreen display. There’s also a bigger 8-inch digital gauge cluster and a more premium sound system with eight speakers.

A single-zone automatic climate control system now replaces the manual AC in lower trims. There are two USB ports at the back of the center console for charging your devices. Optional add-ons include a wireless charger and adaptive cruise control.

2RS

The 2RS builds on the 1RS sports model. It features the same RS-exclusive styling in the 1RS and adds 19-inch wheels and black roof-mounted side rails. Inside, you have heated front seats, a heated, flat-bottom steering wheel, and single-zone automatic climate control. The 2RS retains the LT’s tech features and audio.

ACTIV

The ACTIV trim is fully loaded with all the premium comforts and tech in lower trims. It comes with 18-inch wheels, an “ACTIV” badge in the back, and black front and rear bowtie emblems. You get Evotex-trimmed seats, heated front seats, and a heated and wrapped steering wheel. The driver’s seat has 8-way power adjustability and lumbar support.
