Overall, I was very satisfied. The work being done was going to take 3 hours or so. I had to rent a car from the dealership to run errands. In the past, I was given a car to drive. Maybe I didn’t get it this time because I didn’t buy my car there this last time. But the car I rented was noticeably dirty inside and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. If I have to rent a car, it should be clean. It says something about the business.

They replaced the touch screen, works good. They replaced fuel regulator, I can't tell a difference. They rotated tires, now it makes a loud rubbing sound in which I think they just put it back to the way it was from the last rotation, 3 lug nuts loose, 2 on one and 1 on the other that almost fell off. Said they found no issues with my 4 wheel drive, on my way back from Sioux City going 65 mph, the 4 wheel drive warning came on, and then my back left tire started locking up, and I almost went under a semi trailer. I honestly don't know how the trailer and I didn't crash. For 2300 dollars am I satisfied, no. I about died today.

The valve body of my 2023 Sierra with only 37,000 miles on it went out and gm has a nationwide back order on this part. I am incredibly frustrated by this because when I spend that amount of money on a vehicle that is still under warranty, I expect to be able to use it. Although this is a major gm issue, Kemna was willing to buy my truck and find me a new one even without knowing when the transmission or valve body will finally come in. Kemna did great, gm needs to do better.

wasnt able to use points they said only one garage is for points and have to have appointment for it. the whole idea of a quick service is for points also and a quick in and out at my convenience so its not convenient to use for my time frames if i cant use my points.At ford dealership they fill the fluids also and this isnt done here .had the tires rotated and asked how the pads looked and they didnt know it wasnt on the paperwork again at ford they do this.I felt like all they wanted to do was push( 2)- 38dollar filters at me.plus for what i had done it was about 30 dollars more here than there.

I specifically asked for my tire pressure to be set at 33 because of the heat. Nope, set at standard 35 so the next day in the heat I had to adjust them all. I had the air filter and cabin air filter changed…prices were a little much, next time I’ll change them myself for a lot less. They did not reset the air filter setting so it still shows 20% like it did when I got there. Tried to upsell me on a fluid flush and a fuel line flush or additives that were overpriced. Bought this car new from a dealer and the only service they offer is at their “fast lane” instead of an actual service department at the dealership. They claim they rotate the tires but never take it down, drive it a bit and check lug nuts again… even Walmart does that! Have just never felt I get the service one should expect when purchasing a brand new vehicle.

Dylan was my sales guy for both of my purchases from Kemna. During my first purchase, I knew I wanted a truck but was unsure which one. Dylan was patient and asked questions to help me determine the right version for me and presented a few different trucks that I eventually chose from. This time, I knew which vehicle I wanted. At first no one was sure if it had been delivered from the factory yet even though it showed on the website as available, but instead of trying to push a different version of the same model on me, Dylan searched the dealership and found the exact one I was looking for and worked with the other departments to make sure I was able to take it home that day. The service/prep department went above and beyond by staying a little longer than normal to get the vehicle ready and finance stayed right up until a few minutes after 7 to get me in the vehicle instead of asking me to come back the next day.

Everyone was very accommodating. Very polite and helpful. When test driving the car every option on the dash was explained. The buyers contact was explained thoughly. They went out of their way to get papers signed when the computers were not working. By coming to our house with paperwork when the printout became available. Tina was our salesperson.
